Believe it or not, this thing actually works! I purchase 2 of them from The AeroGarden Store (www.hydroponic-home-garden.com) because they offered free shipping...and within about 4 weeks I was eating the lettuce and my gourmet herbs were well on their way. In answer to the post above, the salad kit is supposed to produce around 60 dinner salads, and the herb kits will produce way more herbs than the normal person would use. I have also tried to grow my own seeds in the AeroGarden, and experienced success and failure...so if you want to expiriment, let me know what works and what doesn’t. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone!
