Why the ban only on television. It should be banned from the market too. Do you think our government/establishment has guts to do so?

I personally feel that the time for the ban is pending for so long. I also wish our government should take initiative to ban the junk food from the market, I mean from the retail outlets. We hope, your site would take up this issue and do a campaign.

Even I think that banning these commercials only on TV is gonna do much of a differnce,,,, for another media that’s influencing kids pretty well is the Internet...so an initiative should be taken in those lines as well. apart from that the ads that are so far on air have had such a strong effect on the kids mind that having them or not having them won’t do any amount of difference to the sales...kids are still gonna buy them...so I agree with you that the junk food should be banned from the market all together.
