Great idea! I am researching the design for a perfect portable laundry bucket. I am constantly on the road and do my own laundry in hotels. My concerns about this model are two... 1) it reads ’water resistent’. That is not the same as waterproof. 2) the top and bottom lip appear to be larger than is necessary for ginch and shirts plus water. Have anyone had experience using this with hot water and detergent? Why not use the hotel room sink? I stay in such cheap places and in such third world countries that sinks are not always available.
Next step, the prefect folding hangers. Right now I am using Munchkins (intended for young children). The ends extend out to accommodate adult shirts (but not jackets) and they have a feature that allows one to stack them above and below each other should one be restricted to only one hook. The problem is the stacking feature takes up too much room to fit easily into the luggage I am custom designing and having a local craftsman make. The goal is to never unpack! See everything through plastic and everything organized for the ultimate road trip.
